I have chosen this example of an exisisting magazine off google images. The contrast between the background and the bright green heading helps to make the deading stand out especially if it was on a shelf in a shop. Its a very busy front cover with lots of subheadings in the same bright green and white which are also in a bold font this to help the heading stand out as they may be more important or bring the reader in to buy the magazine especially the headling "MAKE MONEY ON CAMPUS". The boy in the picture is holding books that read law, business and society which could relate to what may appear in the magazine but also could be seen as the 'boring' subjects that you might not want to read so you should read the magazine instead as this is fun and vibrant. The magazine would definitely stand out and attract its audience due to the selling points its used.
